Yes, it's a tattoo. He's COVERED in them; got a whole page for Halloween and him and Trot decided to cover their bodies Sunday morning while Ang and I slept in.
Tooth Fairy came; $5 seems to be the going rate.
You better tell him $5 is the rate for FIRST teeth, or else you'll be looking for a second job in a year or two. :)
