Along with my sister Sheri who is in town from Oklahoma for my Dad's birthday, I took the kids to the lake today where we hiked, skipped stones, and played on the playground for the afternoon.Somehow, a picture of me in the background while my kids scream and yell "Keep going until we throw up, Dad!" is totally appropriate.
