All good things must come to a end.

Well, the win streak is over, and Julian goes to 1-4. All is not his fault, as WMP had a couple of "miscues" that can be chalked up to not enough time in RF at Fenway.

6-3 Orioles, and with Schilling and Beckett going the next 2 days I expect this nonsense to stop as of TONIGHT.

You can't win 'em all, and the Sox have had a pretty good record here of late: let's just hope the MFY's lose in Seattle later tonight.

BTW: Jon Lester can't get better soon enough.

WELLLLLLLLLLLLLL...i like winning better. I was at a fish fry last night and seemed to be the envy of one of the hubby's who said after hearing how much I love baseball...turned to his wife and said...why cant you be more like that?...of which I slapped him across his arm and said...Shes JUST FINE the way she is!!....she likes me now. MEN!

I made alot of new friends last night and had some fun. Just drove in this morning from my friends and got ready to go work...latah Ted...

Sorry about the loss. What was Willie Mo doing in right field? I thought that's JD Drew's spot.

Tex, good for you for taking up for the non-baseball loving wives! Glad you had fun at the fish fry.

Have a great day Texas: sorry you have to work today. And good for you taking up for that lady: of course, most of the time, the idiots arm you would have been slappin would have been mine!

Hey Stacy: JD started the night off. He's been scuffling and it was a LH Pitcher: he came in later on around the 6th or 7th inning.

BTW, is this the same person Manny was rubbing on the head the other night?

If so, it seems to be giving Julian bad luck.

Maybe Tito should speak to Manny and ask him to rub someone else's head. :)

Stacy, that's him.

Nice 13-4 win today, but Schilling had a rough 6th inning.

I like this scoring runs in bunches stuff: hopefully it continues tomorrow and Beckett gets win number 8.

Joshua Patrick Beckett: 1 reason to be a Sox fan. I look for number 8 on Sunday....Josh will do it for his Mom. :)

Hi Tex: how are you this fine evening?

Missed all the fun: we went to my brother in laws for dinner to celebrate my Mother in Laws Mothers Day: go to my Mom's tomorrow.

However, we could not leave until the game ended: I told Ang that even with a 13-4 lead, ANYTHING could happen!

Sorry about that Tex: Happy Mothers Day from Ted. I know it's not much, but I mean it.

Tex, have you ever considered sending some of your work to a publisher? You have a lot of talent in writing poetry.

Just a thought.

Tex said...

Ted..ive been wanting to find a publisher..just not sure how to go about it. I think that is going to be a goal of mine this year...researching on how to publish a poetry book. thanks for the confidence.

Now Tex: we've been talking for awhile now. The one thing you don't need is confidence!

You need to do this: I may be shallow and shelfish, but I know talent.

Just promise the first signed copy to me is all I ask.

Tex said...

well of course I have to give a signed book to my lil bro :)

when it comes to my poetry Im pretty private. its only been in the last few years ive allowed anyone to read it, much less put it online. It is my stress relief...always has been.

That's what this thing is for me Tex: a stress release.

I'm holding you to the signed copy, you hear? I can say I knew her when.
